Nathan Hall is UCM’s Field Operations Manager and the person you’ll see most once your project leaves the showroom. He oversees our installation, sanding, and finishing crews, coordinates deliveries, and makes sure every job runs on schedule and to UCM’s standards.

Nathan works closely with our mill team, so the floor we make is the floor that’s installed and finished in your home. When you have a question on the jobsite, Nathan is the one who answers it.

Meet Allison

For Allison, the hardwood flooring and millwork industry is more than a career—it's a lifelong passion rooted in family tradition. Growing up, she spent countless hours learning the business alongside her father's company, gaining firsthand experience in every aspect of the trade. Those early years not only taught her the value of quality craftsmanship and hard work but also inspired a genuine love for helping customers create spaces they'll cherish for generations.

Today, Allison combines years of hands-on industry experience with a passion for design and customer service. She enjoys working one-on-one with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors, helping them navigate every stage of their project—from selecting the perfect hardwood flooring and custom millwork to choosing finishes that complement their style and lifestyle. Her goal is to make every project feel exciting, seamless, and uniquely personal.

What sets Allison apart is her commitment to building relationships. She believes that every customer deserves honest guidance, open communication, and personalized attention throughout the entire process. Whether it's a single-room renovation or a custom new build, she takes pride in listening carefully, understanding each client's vision, and helping turn ideas into beautiful, lasting results.

Beyond her knowledge of products and design, Allison believes the details matter. She understands that every home tells a story, and she loves helping clients select materials that reflect their personality while standing the test of time. Her eye for design, paired with her appreciation for craftsmanship, allows her to create spaces that are both functional and timeless.

When she's not helping customers, Allison enjoys spending time with her daughters and friends and continues to find inspiration in beautiful homes, and thoughtful design. She is proud to carry on the values she learned growing up—integrity, hard work, and treating every customer like family.

For Allison, this business has always been about more than flooring or millwork. It's about helping people create homes where memories are made, traditions begin, and families gather for years to come. She is honored to be part of each client's journey and is committed to providing the exceptional service and quality that have become the foundation of her career.

Alyssa is UCM’s Client Relations Manager and your main point of contact from the moment your order is placed. She manages scheduling, keeps you updated as your project moves from the mill to your home, and follows up after the job to make sure you’re happy with your floors.

Whether you need a delivery date, have a question about your quote, or just want to know where things stand, Alyssa will get you an answer. She joined UCM in 2026 and has quickly become the person our clients and crews count on to keep every project on track.
